Short description

Marketing is one of the VET sectors where artificial intelligence is already changing everyday workflows. AI tools can support market research, customer segmentation, content creation, campaign planning, social media support, analytics and workflow automation. The aim is not to present AI as a magic solution, but to show how it can become a practical assistant when professionals keep control of evidence, ethics and decisions.

By the end of this micro-learning content, teachers should be able to answer four questions: how does AI transform workflows in marketing, what new skills will learners need, what tools or application examples are emerging, and how can this be turned into a classroom-based or project-based VET task?
